Obituary

Our Dear Angel on Earth was called home on March 21, 2019. She was born in Pittsburgh, PA; daughter of Ida (Staab) and Albert R. Lozeau. She graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. In her 35 year career with Sears, she traveled the globe from Europe to the Middle East to the Orient. Upon Retirement, she moved back to her home state of Florida where she began her second career as a realtor in Indian Harbor Beach, Florida. This is where her passion, knowledge, and attention to detail consistently earned her awards and recognition within the real estate community. She gave back to her community through support to Habitat for Humanity, St. Vincent De Paul and numerous other charities. Her kindness, wisdom, faith and nurturing ways touched all who knew her. She never had any of her own children, but was a motherly figure to many. Her loving Family: husband Michael Hulko, his children Brandon Hulko (Ashley) and Jenna Hulko Smith (Matt), her siblings Raymond S Lozeau, Ida Finnerty (Kevin), Renee Lozeau Townsend, Nieces and Nephews, Jason Townsend, Rachel O’Hearn (Philip),Nathaniel Lozeau, Michael Finnerty (Monique), Sarah Lozeau, Kaitlin Finnerty, Shawn Finnerty. Two grandchildren Ella Smith and Norah Smith. The visitation will be held at Beach Funeral Home on Tuesday, March 26, 2019, from 7-8:30 pm. I first met Alicia many years ago when she & Mike walked into my sales trailer looking for an ocean front condo. She was so bright and detailed yet friendly and disarming. I sold her 3-4 properties before she, so wisely, got her RE license. She was top notch in every way. This stellar lady will be missed by so many.
