Obituary of Florence Marie Fife Jennings Jackson

Florence Marie Fife Jennings Jackson passed away peacefully at her home in Melbourne, FL, on Thursday, November 5, 2009. Florence was born in Washington, D.C. She was a resident of Melbourne for 7 years coming from East Pines, Maryland. Prior to retirement, she was a secretary at the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis. She was a seamstress at Joann's, a homemaker and loved playing bingo with her daughter, Angie, at Ascension Catholic Church. Florence is survived by her husband, Walter "Jack" Jackson, Retired USAF of Melbourne, FL; sons, Timothy and Richard Jennings; daughter, Angela Jennings; brother, David Fife; sister, Mary Lou Espenschade (John) and a grandson, Patrick. A gathering will be held at Beach Funeral Homes Melbourne/Suntree 4999 N. Wickham Road, Melbourne on Wednesday, November 11, 2009 from 4-5 p.m. with a Memorial Service to follow at 5 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of Health First, 1900 Dairy Rd., Melbourne, FL 32904.
