Obituary of John E. Rothe

John E. Rothe, 80, of Indian Harbour Beach, passed away, Thursday, November 4, 2010. He was born in Aberdeen, WA to Lillian (Brandt) and Ralph Rothe. John moved from Seattle, WA 43 years ago coming to Brevard County. Prior to retirement, he was a Systems and Procedure Analyst for Boeing & The Lockheed Co. for over 30 years. He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Shirley; sons, Dale (Edith) and Eric (Donna); one sister, Patricia Nelson; five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his son Marcus in 1974. A gathering will be held from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m., Saturday, November 13, 2010 at Beach Funeral Home, Indian Harbour Beach, the funeral service will follow at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of Health First, 1900 Dairy Road, Melbourne, FL 32904, 321-952-0494.
