I have known Jack since I started working at the Melbourne association of Realtors some 30 years ago and still am working at Space coast association.. Jack and Carol would attend classes keeping themselves on the cutting edge in real estate. He was such a kind soul and always put a smile on your face when he entered the room. I will truly miss him. Carol, I'm sending you huge hugs and you are in my thoughts and prayers. Please don't hesitate to reach out to me if you need anything.

I was sadden to hear of Jack's passing. He was my first Post Commander in 1977, after I graduated from the OSP Academy. I was stationed at the Ironton / South Point Patrol Post. As leader, I found him easy to talk with, and he was a down to earth person. I quite sure there were times, especially while I worked the night shift, he had difficult times sleeping. Because as he would put it, "A GOOD TROOPER ALWAYS FOUND SOMETHING TO DO", regardless of the shift, he / she was working. I did just that !! I was always grateful for his leadership, his guidance, and his direction he gave this young Trooper.
.To Carol, and the entire family, Joann and I send our deepest sympathy to you all. We hope, and pray God will bless, and comfort all of you during this difficult time !! ( U-808 to U-118, RIP, my friend !!)

I am so sorry to hear that you’ve lost Jack. We lived down the street from you on Hibiscus. My daughter always love to visit the “Turtle Man”. We enjoyed and respected his knowledge and love of turtles. To this day, every time we see an African Spur Thigh we think of him. Wishing you peace during this difficult time. In Sympathy, Sandy McDonald
