Obituary of David John Daniels, Jr.

Major David J. Daniels, Jr. (Ret.) passed away on Monday, January 18, 2021 at the Vitas Hospice facility in Rockledge, Florida. Maj. Daniels was a career United States Air Force officer who served his country with pride for 21 years. Following his retirement from service, he spent several decades teaching mathematics at the Florida Institute of Technology and the Eastern Florida State College (formerly Brevard Community College). Maj. Daniels is survived by his three sons; David J. Daniels, III of Indialantic, Florida; Mark B. Daniels of Newport News, Virginia and Scott E. Daniels of West Palm Beach, Florida. Graveside services will be held at the Veterans National Cemetery in Cape Canaveral, Florida on Friday, January 29, 2021 at 2:00 pm.
