Obituary of A. Jane Seguin

Jane (Benoit) Seguin, 99, of Indialantic FL, formerly of Charlestown and Warwick Rhode Island, peacefully passed away on Thursday, June 24, 2021.  She was the beloved wife of 68 ½ years to her late husband, Raymond A. Seguin

Born in West Warwick RI, Jane lived in Warwick & Charlestown, RI before moving to Indialantic, FL.  She was a strong and independent woman and led an active life.  She belonged to many groups including the Rosary & Alter Society, an investment group and a bridge group.  She was a volunteer for Meals on Wheels for many years. 

Jane had a strong commitment to her faith, her church, and her family.  She also had a strong belief in education and encouraged everyone to continue to learn.  A great conversationalist, her life was about people and she accumulated many friends throughout the years.  She was an avid and very accomplished bridge player.  She loved traveling and had traveled to 48 states, many of those while camping.  She also had a long successful work career in accounting.

She is survived by her son Raymond and his wife Barbara, five grandchildren, Corey, Mark, Laura, Lisa and Johnny and seven great grandchildren.

A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, July 1, 2021, 2 PM at the Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church in Indialantic, FL. A commitment Service will be held later this year at the RI Veterans Cemetery Chapel in Exeter RI.
