Obituary of Russell Everett Price

Russell Everett Price of Indialantic, Florida, passed away peacefully in his sleep on the morning of December 1, 2022. Russ is the beloved husband of Carol Lee Price, with whom he shares eight wonderful children and sixteen precious grandchildren.

Their children are Bryan Price (Jo) of El Mont CA, Amy Fogelberg (Dave) of Indialantic FL, Heather Cooper (Cassady) of New Orleans LA, Thomas Joshua Lee (Clara) of Summerville SC, Katerina Pringis of Melbourne FL, Joshua Price of Santa Cruz CA, Meredith Blackburn (Brandon) of Longwood FL, and Elly Price (Micky) of Melbourne FL. Grandchildren who their “Papa” adored and delighted in are Isaiah Washburn, Ava Washburn, Christian Fogelberg, Sebastian Cooper, Thomas Lee, Olivia Fogelberg, Everett Lee, Sylvie Cooper, Kaden Price, Madison Montgomery, Nellie Cooper, Grey Curtis, Elihu Lee, Nova Curtis, Harrison Blackburn, and Jameson Blackburn. Russ will also be remembered fondly by his sister Priscilla, many nieces and nephews, a large extended family, and dear friends as a man who always made time for them.

Russ spent many happy years in his long career as an electrical engineer, most of them at Harris Corporation in Melbourne. He dedicated much of his time in service to his Christian Science Church in Melbourne.

Russ’ overriding goal in life was to serve God and to see others through the eyes of God as Jesus did. He lived each day to express this infinite, unconditional Love of God in everything he said and did, so that everyone he met would feel this great Love of God through his expression.

His family will miss him so much, and are profoundly grateful for the incredible gifts of devotion and love he always showered on each one of them. His tender love will always live on in their hearts.
