Obituary of Arnold Clyde Dancy

Arnold Clyde Dancy, 84, died March 22, 2012. Arnold was born July 18, 1927 in Hugart, WV to the late George W. Dancy and Wilda J. Donaldson. He was the last surviving sibling and youngest of 14 brothers and sisters; Jessie, Lawrence, Leslie, William, Mamie, Jim, Foster, Lennie, Mildred, Richard, Alfred, Calvin and Thelma. He served in the US Army 20 years and worked for GE and RCA. He is survived by his wife Julie, of 61 years, two children, Craig (Wendy) and Cathy (John), four grandchildren, Amanda, Eric, Corina, Michael and two great grandchildren, Haley and Naveah. Services are to be held at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, Florida with full military honors on Tuesday, March 27th at 2:30 p.m. The Dancy family wishes to extend an invitation to their friends to attend a reception following the burial at their residence at 7 pm.
