Obituary of Frances Dowis Smith

Frances Dowis Smith, 92, of Melbourne, passed away on June 5, 2012. She was born on February 21, 1920 in Spartanburg, SC to William and Pattie Dowis. She is survived by her son Douglas P Smith of Apopka, FL; sisters Agnes McElrath of Spartanburg, SC; Martha Bray of Williamsburg, VA and Sara Prince of Spartanburg, VA; and brothers W.S Dowis, Jr. of Charlotte, NC and JR Dowis of Waleska, GA. A memorial service will be held on June 9th at10 am at Beach Funeral Home, West Chapel, 4999 N.
