Obituary of Nancy Rae Amadon

Nancy Rae Amadon (Tomlin), 53, of Melbourne Beach passed away on December 4, 2012. She was born in Newton, Iowa on December 5, 1958 to John and Alice Tomlin. Nancy is survived by her loving husband John; daughter Laura; brother Richard Tomlin (Kathy), their daughter Megan Hogan and their granddaughter Avery Hogan; brother Steven Tomlin (Willa), his son Chris Tomlin and his step-children Tim Walton and Jessica Jefferson; sister Shirley Ham (Angelo) and her son Matt Ham; and her aunt Bernice Keller "Aunt Bernie". Donations in Nancy's name may be made to the Special Olympics of Florida, Development Dept., 1915 Don Wickham Drive, Clermont, FL 34711, or to The ARC of Florida, Inc., 2898 Mahan Drive, Suite 1, Tallahassee, FL 32308. A memorial service will be held on December 15, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at the Grace Lutheran Church, 1805 Oak Street, Melbourne Beach. A second service will be held in Iowa in May of 2013 where Nancy will be laid to rest in her hometown of Newton.
