Obituary of Thomas D'Arcy Sullivan

Thomas D'Arcy Sullivan, 80, of West Melbourne; Buena Vida Estates, passed away on Feb. 11, 2013. He was born in Buffalo, NY on Aug. 5, 1932 to the late Melvin and Mary Sullivan. Thomas served his country honorably in the U.S.A.F, where he retired in 1986. He was actively involved in many organizations, including the Elks Lodge 1744, Azan Shrine Temple, Masonic Lodge 143, life member of the VFW, DAV, American Legion, and the Patrick AFB Retiree Committee. Thomas is survived by his daughters; Jeanette Whitescarver Hilleary (Lew), Hilda Sullivan Mildner (Bill), and Carol Jane Sullivan. He was predeceased by his spouses; Joyce N. Sullivan and Marion V. Sullivan; sister, Patricia Hayes; son, Thomas M. Sullivan and his buddy dog; Champ. A visitation will be held on Sunday, Feb. 17, 2013 from 1-2 pm at Beach Funeral Homes - East, Indian Harbour Beach with a funeral service to begin at 2 pm. Entombment will follow at Florida Memorial Gardens, Rockledge. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Melbourne Elks Lodge #1744 Modernization Efforts or the Brevard Humane Society in Thomas' name.
