Obituary of George Carl Paul

George Paul, 87, of Indialantic FL has gone to rest with our Lord on Wednesday, February 11, 2015. George was born and raised in Cleveland, OH. George proudly served in the United States Navy before working as a police officer for the railways. George proudly served as Police Captain before his retirement from the Norfolk Southern Railroad after 33 years of devoted service. Upon his retirement, George and family moved to Florida in 1987. George continued his life of service by being a very active member and volunteer for the Lion's Club of Florida (Satellite Beach), including Governor of District 35D in Florida. He leaves behind his loving wife of 49 years, Betty; Children: Jim McLaughlin and Deborah Beltzer; Grandchildren: Andrea (Mike) Giangrosso, Jimmy McLaughlin and Kathleen (Greg) Tabaka; Great-Granddaughters: Julia and Maggie; and nephew Paul Lammermeier. Proceed in death by his sister Bernice Lammermeier. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, February 21, 2015 at 11am at Beach Funeral Homes - East, 1689 South Patrick Dr., Indian Harbour Beach, FL 32937.
