I first met the Ridleys when Debbie & I were in 7th grade at Dwight. The house on Maple St. quickly became a second home. Mrs. R always made me feel comfortable & welcome despite the sometimes marauding boys (I have no brothers of my own). I have great memories of helping with some of the wild. crazy parties. As school nurse Mrs. R was very generous with those coveted gym passes when I really didn't feel like attemptng lacrosse. I've often told friends of the wonderful shower by the hour Deb & her mom gave for me - Mrs. R assigning herself midnight with a gifts of a legligee & birth control pills - ever practical. This wonderful, warm, funny, fun-loving woman will be sorely missed. Sympathies to all the family & friends who treasured her.

To all Emma's family and friends, I have been Emma's dental hygienist for close to 14 years. What a joy and blessing she was to me each time I saw her. She was always one of my favorite patients and I was thrilled when I noticed her name on my schedule. I remember that she was an avid reader and used to wear a small attractive magnifying glass necklace around her neck. I felt her sorrow as her eyesight started to fail knowing how much she enjoyed to read. She shared stories about her family and friends and thoroughly enjoyed a cruise adventure she took a few years back. I will always remember Emma Ridley for her smile and the love and light that shown through her. As her family stated...people were blessed by her love, just as she was blessed by theirs. I know I was. God Bless you Emma, you will be missed.

To Joanne and all of Emma's family. I didn't know her very well, I just remember going over to her place once around Christmas on one of my visits to my Dad. She was definately the life of the party and I enjoyed talking to her and her sons. Peace to you all. - Joyce

Dear Mema, Pop, Donnie, Steve, Micki, Jeff, Kande and family, You are all in my thoughts and prayers at this sad time. Aunt Emma was such a dear heart and an absolute joy to be around. I have such fond memories of time spent with her and especially when she invited my mother and I to visit for a weekend. She was full of life and love for everyone and will be tremendously missed. I remember sweet Uncle Jim and know they are celebrating their reunion together. God Bless her family and know that she was special to many. love, sue
