Obituary of Carol JoAnne Chabot

Carol "Dodie" "Bo" Chabot, 73, of Indian Harbour Beach, passed away at home after a long battle with cancer fought with dignity and grace, surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Frostburg, MD. Carol and her family moved to Indian Harbour Beach in 1973. She was the former owner of Virginia Fried Chicken in Satellite Beach. She also retired from Dictaphone with over 20 years of dedicated service. Carol was a long time member of Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church where she served as an Eucherist Minister; and was also a member of a Women's small church group called the "Butterflies". She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend. She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Richard; son Rick (Cathy) Chabot of Winter Springs, FL; daughter, Ginger (Nathan) Iacobacci of Indialantic, FL; brothers, Bob and Bill; grandchildren, Ryan, Torri and Eric. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 12:30 p.m., Saturday, May 8, 2010 at Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church in Indialantic.
