Obituary of Mary L. Beerman

Mary L. Beerman, 97, of Indian Harbour Beach, Florida, passed away peacefully May 17 at Beachside Assisted Living facility. Mary was born May 27, 1912, in Billingham, England. She and her mother Margaret Sower immigrated to the US in 1920 and settled in Spencerville, Ohio. On June 27, 1937, she married Ernest Beerman who passed away in 1979. Mary loved her family. She treasured her many great memories of 97 years. Survivors include a daughter, Peg Emrick of Indian Harbour Beach, FL; a son, Tom (Marilyn) Beerman of Worthington, OH; four grandchildren, Tim (Suzie) Emrick of Van Wert, OH, Dan (Patty) Emrick of Orlando, FL, Andy (Thea) Beerman of Park City, UT, Jen (John) Bonnice of Oregon, OH; four great-grandchildren, Christy Emrick, Leah Emrick, Ruthie Bonnice and Mariann Bonnice. In Florida, Mary was very close to the Love, Devries, and Zizzo families. Mrs. Beerman will be transferred to Harter & Schier Funeral Home in Delphos, Oh, for services and interment at Spencerville Cemetery in Spencerville, OH. Preferred memorials may be made to the Delphos Trinity United Methodist Church or Vitas Hospice of Central Florida.
