To The Brownell Family, I was so sorry to hear about your Mom. She was a wonderful person. We had a lot of laughs while I was doing her hair when she came home from Florida. She had a very infectious laugh. Well you guys were great kids to babysit. Loved the games we played. We were supposed to stay out of the cloak room…but we didn’t. How about the chalk game…with the arrows and clues written on tiny pieces of paper. I used to think WOW we could write on the floor and get away with it. Thanks Carolyn for sitting with me(the babysitter) in the thunder and lightning storms…and your Mom would say “Thank you for taking care of my kids”. Love you Guys, Rennie Kinahan Rinaldo

May you find comfort in the fond memories of your dear loved one and may God give you all the strength to endure this time of sorrow. Remember and rejoice in God's promises in the scriptures to obedient mankind who have fallen asleep in death at Acts 24:15, there will be a resurrection of the righteous and the unrighteous. In addition, very soon pain, sickness, and death will be no more as mentioned in Revelation 21:1-5. My sincere condolences to the family.

On behalf of my mother, Ruth Redding Hornyak, I would like to express my condolences to you and your family on the passing of your mother, Mary. They grew up together on Oneida Valley Road and became very good friends when your mom was 18, and my mom was 16. Apparently they had a number of adventures together. Your mom even was my mom's maid of honor when she married my dad, and she has beautiful pictures of the both of them at the wedding. Actually, your mom was at the hospital when I was born, ( I'm the oldest of five children.)They were very good friends for a number of years, but as time passed and they were busy raising their families, they gradually grew apart, which is a shame. I remember visiting your mom when she lived on route 31, near the Brown Derby. My mom is still active and very "sharp", and she would love to hear from any family members to share stories about your mom from back in the day. She wanted to contact some local, family members but she worried that they would not recognize her name. Please e-mail me , and I'll put you in contact with her if you'd like that. I live in the Minoa-Kirkville area , and my phone number is 656-9360.

To the Brownell family: I am so sorry to hear about your mom. She was not only a wonderful person but a great mom. I still remember when she made the moose stew. It was the first time I had moose meat. Doug we had some great times together playing guns down in the back toward the lake. Then your mom would fix us a bologna and cheese sandwich. Your mom would also allow me to eat candy on a Sunday.(during lent) Great memories on route 31---Thinking about you all. Steve Kinahan

MaryAnn, I'm so sorry to hear that I lost my best friend. Mary was so full of life each day, and I so looked forward to each day to see her. She always had a smile, and always threw me a kiss each and everyday.Even though I only known her for a short while,I feel like I known her for years. She always looked forward to going home to see her family, each day. She was proud of her grandchildren. She will be missed.
