I am very sorry to hear of Doris' passing. We went to high school together & she was maid of honor at my wedding. I wish we had kept in touch better. My condolences to her family.

Doris and I go back a long way. She lived near me and we were buddies in high school. I was a bridesmaid in her wedding. We kept in touch all these years. I will so miss her and her Christmas notes and updates. She was a lovely lady.. I send my sympathy at this very sad time. In Christ, Sylvia Miles Paraschos

Dear Kevin, Kim, and Family, We are so sorry to hear of your mother's passing. Although we had not actually seen her since we stopped for a visit in February 1989, we kept in touch via e-mail and always at Christmas with a card and note. I know your mother/grandmother was busy and involved with all of you who she cherished so much. Doris and my mother (Aunt Eleanor, sister of Gladys VS) were very close, and your parents visited often in Palatine Bridge. I was a teenager at the time. Even came to Johnstown several times and stayed over to babysit Kevin! We now have friends who live in Johnstown off Route 67 near the old Stott homestead. They attend the Presbyterian Church where your parents went. We go there sometimes with them. Small World. We share in your loss and send our sincere sympathy and love to you all, Sandra (Haig) and Richard Eldredge, Ilion, NY
