Obituary of Donald Lee Wilson

Donald (Don) Lee Wilson, 81, passed away on Wednesday, March 9, 2011. Born in Louisville, Kentucky, he came to Brevard County in 1975. Don retired from the US Air Force after 28 years of honorable service. He further worked 15 years for Brevard County, Department of Parks and Recreation. Don was a Master Mason for over 40 years and a member of the Beach Lodge of Indialantic. He also was a member of the organization of Disabled American Veterans. Don is survived by his wife, Renate Wilson; daughter, Libby Hardwick of Alexandria, VA; and sons, Donald Lee Wilson, Jr of Burke, VA and Timothy Beasley of Watkinsville, GA. Don had a deep Christian faith and will be especially remembered for his kind heart and his personality. He will greatly be missed by his family and friends. A memorial service will be held at 4 p.m., Monday, March 14, 2011 at S. Patrick Chapel with military honors. Burial will be in Don's hometown of Louisville, Kentucky.
