Dear Family, The grief that is felt when we lose a loved one may seem unbearable. At such times, we can go to God's word for comfort. God too feels hurt when an individual dies. That is why the encouragement found at Revelation 21:4 assure us that "He will remove sorrow and death will be no more." According to this scripture, there will come a time when those we have lost in death will be brought back by means of a resurrection by the Almighty God. May the family find comfort that God makes available to everyone.

I am sorry to come here today as I’m sure we all are, I know we’re all hurting in this together, but let me say this… His suffering is over and he is with our lord, whatever aches and pains, inner demons and private battles he suffered in this life are now gone, he is at peace and no longer in pain, so take some comfort in knowing he is in better hands… Whatever we gather and take with us from his untimely passing, let this be a constant reminder that in life nothing is certain, and that the best things in life are priceless, and that is the love of your family. Well the truth is he was stubborn and bull-headed and only right about 40 % of the time, but you had to admire his moxie ... he did a lot with the tools life gave him. He was who I called when my clutch burned up and I was 100 miles from home, not only did he come and rescue me, but he was there in less than an hour, maybe that’s why he never had a license? He was who I called when I wired up my VW backwards and nearly burnt the whole place down, he was who I called at 7 AM when my car would not start and I needed to get my kids to school and you know what…he was there…he was always there…for whoever needed help…call Bob…he can help…and if you take a moment and think about it…we all did…call bob… No surprise that he was there to help anyone and everyone…that was in his nature to help without judging…to do what he could with the tools the lord gave him… He’ll be terribly missed by us all…
