Beloved wife of the late Richard.  Loving mother  of Gerald, Mary and Edward. Proud grandmother of Cristina, Maria, Andrea, Amanda and Megan.  Great grandmother of Emma, Oliver and Arianna.

Born, raised and married in Monterrey, Mexico, Irma immigrated to the United States with Richard in 1957, she worked to become a proud citizen of the United States.  In her career, she worked as a Social Worker for the State of Michigan.

Irma was one-of-a-kind with her spicy wit, vibrant spirit and bright lipstick that left a mark anytime she greeted you with a kiss on the cheek. She loved bringing her family and friends together, dancing, traveling to new places and cooking her famed spaghetti sauce, pork roast, lasagna or a turkey dinner for Thanksgiving. She loved God and her family with all her heart and will be dearly missed.

Irma’s desire was to be buried next to her hasband, so a celebration of her life will take place in Michigan August 22, 2020 if Corona Virus restrictions permit.
