Obituary of Louis Joseph Ray

Lou passed away Sunday, November 1, 2020 in Melbourne, FL. He was born on October 7, 1945 in Louisville, Ky, one of four children of Burton and Ada Ray.

Lou was a 1963 graduate of St. X High School and attended Western Kentucky University.

He served his country in the US Army.

Lou was preceded in death by his brother Paul and sister Pat. He is survived by his beloved wife of 37 years Murelyn, children Joshua Ray and Rebecca (Nate) Kruse, Kyle (Lara) Ray and Piper (adam) Clark; grandchildren Alison and Caroline Clark, Piper Carmen and Gabriela Ray, Titus and Axton Kruse, sister Jude (Jerry) Watkins, niece Michelle Watkins and nephew Dirk Kelly.

A private memorial to be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, you may donate to your favorite charity.
