Obituary of Josephine Ojeda

Josephine Ojeda, 76, of Melbourne, FL, formerly of North Babylon, NY, was called to heaven by God on Tuesday, June 22, 2021. She was born September 18, 1944, the daughter of the late Jose and Concepcion Juan.

Josephine will be dearly missed by her husband of 55 years, Paul Ojeda; her children, Jayne Murphy (husband-Kevin), Janice Sullivan (husband-Sean), and Paul John Ojeda (wife-Joy); and her grandchildren, Liam Murphy, Connor Murphy, Ryan Sullivan, Keira Sullivan, Samantha Ojeda and Emily Ojeda.

Josephine's loving siblings include Luz Maria Cerna, Aracely Morales, Jose Juan; and the late Sally Juan.

Josephine was born in Puerto Rico and met her husband Paul, in Bronx, NY. They wed on September 25, 1965. Josephine and Paul began their family in Long Island, NY. Josephine was a devoted mother and worked as a bookkeeper. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and her puppy Gracie. They moved to Florida September of 2019. Josephine was loved by her family and friends.
