Obituary of Amy (Godfrey) Dillon

 

Amy Dillon 87 of Liverpool, England, passed away on August 22, 2023, in Melbourne, Florida. She was the beloved wife of Joseph F. Dillon Jr. Amy was a loving and caring mother to her daughter, Deborah Lohse, and sons, William Dillon, Joseph F. Dillon III, and David Dillon. She also leaves behind 8 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

 

Amy was known for her friendly and generous nature. She was always devoted to her family and was a brave and strong pillar of support for them. Amy had a passion for helping others and had a successful career as a dental hygienist and receptionist. She was an amazing housewife and mother, dedicating herself to creating a loving and nurturing home for her family.

 

In her free time, Amy enjoyed various hobbies including camping, bowling, cruising, and spending quality time with her grandchildren. These activities brought her great joy and allowed her to create lasting memories with her loved ones.

 

Friends and family are invited to attend the funeral services which will be held on August 25th, 2023, at Beach Funeral Home, located at 1689 South Patrick Drive, Indian Harbor Beach, Florida 32937. The viewing will begin at 11:30 am, followed by a service at 1:00 pm.

 

A celebration of Amy’s life will be at Beef O’Bradys 724 South Patrick Drive, Satellite Beach Florida 32937 following the service.

 

Amy Dillon will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Her kind-heartedness, love, and devotion to her family will forever be cherished. May her soul rest in eternal peace.
