Obituary of Roberta Louise Bentley

It is with a heavy heart we announce the passing of Roberta “Robin” Bentley, 63, of Melbourne, FL, on the 12th of September, 2023. Robin was born on November 4th, 1960 in Plattsburg, NY. 

Robin grew up in Woodhaven, MI and later attended Arizona State University. After graduating, she moved to Boston—where she would have her three children. Shortly after, the family moved to Satellite Beach and began a beautiful life filled with soccer tournaments and dance competitions. She most enjoyed traveling and spending time with her family. Robin is remembered as someone with a heart of gold who always stood up for what is right and did anything for her kids. 

Robin is survived by her children; Aletheia Bentley, Kieran Jones, and Briony Jones; granddaughter, Chloe Mitchell; Mother, Delores Bentley; sisters, Deborah (Bentley) Debacker, Denise (Bentley) McMillan, Regina (Bentley) McCarty; and brother Daniel Bentley (MI). She is predeceased by her father, Bobie Bentley. 

The service will be held Saturday, September 23rd, 2023 at Beach Funeral Home, 1689 S. Patrick Drive, Indian Harbour Beach, Florida. Visiting hours will be from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. followed by a small service at 1 p.m.
