Dear Mark, Marie,Sarah, Emily, Nelly,Dana, Stephen,Luke, and William, I speak for all of the Koranda's in expressing our deep sorrow on hearing of your sweet mom's recent passing. Please accept our condolences and know that all of you are in our thoughts and prayers. I have the best memories of eavesdropping on conversations between my mom and yours whenever she came over to visit and commiserate with each other on the trials and tribulations of child rearing. I know Darcy and Donnamae also have great memories of growing up together with you in our innocent childhood years. It seems there was always an O'Hara hanging around our house or a Koranda kid pestering the O'Hara's. Your Mom took it all in stride and treated all children as her own; the best kind of mothering to be had. Mom is out of town in California, visiting her first great grand-child and will not be able to attend, but Donnamae and I live close by and we will see all of you at the viewing and again at the funeral at Holy Name. Until then, we will keep Marion in our hearts. Love to you all, Debbie, Donnamae, Darcy, Don and Pat Koranda

To the O'Hara Clan; It was with great sadness that I read of your Mom's passing. Having just lost our Mom in October I know that you are all remembering the happy times and the wonderful woman you were so lucky to call Mom. The Taylors have many great memories of times spent with the O'Hara's. Especially Memorial Days spent together. After your move to Florida our Mom's kept in touch and I always looked forward to the letters your Mom would send. Man, could she write a great letter and was she funny! She would always come out to the house when she came home to visit the Ealy's and my Mom so looked forward to those visits. When the two of them got laughing it was the most wonderful and loving laughter and a sound that I will always cherish. I'm so glad I knew Mom's great and good friend, "Marn". My prayers are with you all, especially "Reesie". Love, Terri Taylor Wright.

Greetings & condolences to the O'Hara "cousins" on the loss of your dear mother. While sister Eileen (#3 of 10) has adequately conveyed our heartfelt sorrow on your mother's passing, it is with great admiration and respect that all of us regarded her. In fact we even named our sister Marnie (#9 of 10) after her! I say "we" because the 4 older kids (Terri, Tim, Eileen and Dan) would hold a "naming council" with Dad and Mom for each of our brothers and sisters starting with #7 (Catherine Ellen after our own mother). Whenever I visited Florida (or lived in Orlando for 20 months) I'd visit your mother as often as I could, and would always look forward to sharing many laughs and catching up on the whereabouts of all of you. Her laugh was infectious, which seemed to be a signature quality of the SU gals of Ellen, Marnie and Teddy (Huxford). Your Dad was one of three individuals to inspire me to enter the Navy through Annapolis, even though my heart was set on Notre Dame from the stories my own Dad, yours and Dave Huxford would tell from their glory days. I wanted you to know that there's not a Labor Day in Skaneateles that goes by that the Taylor's and Huxford's (and the Sheehan's) don't recount through pictures of our parents getting together at Huxford's farm, Dave driving us in his Model T out to a pasture, and "running out of gas", so that he'd have to leave us all and run back to get the fuel. It wasn't until years later (after finding a picture of all them surrounded by Carling Black Label cases) that we figured out the adult prank. God bless them all for the memories. Knowing how loved our own mother was to us, our prayers and sincerest condolences go out to you.

To the O'Hara family, I am so saddened to hear of the loss of your beloved mother. I have such fond memories of both your parents from the many picnics and holiday gatherings with all of you, the Huxfords and Taylors at your house on Academy St. in Skaneateles, NY. A warm, loving and beautiful woman, she will be missed. As you know, we lost our own mother on October 17. I'll bet she, our dad and your father are welcoming her to heaven and they are having a ball right now! May God bring you comfort in the coming weeks, Eileen (Taylor) Duttweiler
