She certainly knew her eternal home was in heaven with our Lord and Saviour. The last time I was with her she talked about being ready to go there in the Lord's timing. She said how she would see Jesus, her husband, Gene, her Mom and Dad, and all her family and friends who have gone on before. I left there thinking what an amazing conversation. Her mind was sharp and her faith was as strong as ever. As I listened to her, it seemed almost like a scene from a movie. Hard to describe but all the words just seemed to be perfect. While I will certainly miss her, I know she is rejoicing in heaven and at perfect peace. That also gives me peace and I pray it does each of you as well. As a follower of Jesus Christ, like her, I know as she did, one day I will see Jesus, Gene, her, and all my family and friends who loved the Lord and had gone on before me. Love you Mrs. Bryant

I was sad when I heard that Mrs. Bryant had passed, but I am happy for her because she is with the Lord, and with Ermon, Gene, Violet, and many other family members and friends. I have great respect for Mrs. Bryant and I know she had a good life. I also know that the family has been through a lot this year, and I am praying that the Lord will use this to draw you all to himself and comfort you as it says in Mathew 11:25-28 25 At that time Jesus said, “I praise you, Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because you have hidden these things from the wise and learned, and revealed them to little children. 26 Yes, Father, for this is what you were pleased to do. 27 “All things have been committed to me by my Father. No one knows the Son except the Father, and no one knows the Father except the Son and those to whom the Son chooses to reveal him. 28 “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. 29 Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. 30 For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.” with much Love, Rodney and Angel

We only knew Edith as her neighbors for the past 6 years, but were always grateful to live next to someone so kind and patient. (Even when my boys would run through her yard chasing a errant ball.) Her daughter Jan exhibits those same qualities and I am glad to call her a friend. We're here if you need us!

Jan and Judy, I remember your mother like yesterday. When we would get home from school, she always had the best snacks in the freezer for us. She was so soft spoken and kind to me. I also remember her buying you new outfits, seems like weekly, but maybe not. She was a blessing to all of us. Know you are in my thoughts and prayers as she watches over you. Love, Andrea and Jo (mom)

My husband, Bob, and I both remember Mrs Bryant from our years at Hoover Jr. High School where she was the Librarian. Bob was a library attendant and speaks fondly of Mrs. Bryant. Please accept our sincere condolences.
